AppleSprout Art is run by Cortney North. Her background and degree is in art and she loves creating! She decided to create AppleSprout Art for the opportunity to create sophisticated children’s art pieces.

Payment
Payment is through Stripe, which accepts credit and debit cards.
Shipping
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free with AppleSprout Art! Whether you have one or many item(s), the cost will remain $0.00 to ship your order.
Shipping outside the United States is currently unavailable.
Shipping Carrier
Shipping is through USPS Priority mail.
Shipping Materials
Every artwork is shipped in a sturdy stay-flat mailer to prevent creases or bending during shipping. The mailers are made with 75% post commercial and 25% post consumer recycled content.
Delivery Confirmation is included with each shipment for the convenience of tracking your delivery.
Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds
Your artwork is guaranteed. If you feel less than satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for the full purchase price. If you do choose to return your artwork, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. AppleSprout Art needs to be notified of returns within 30 days of the customer receiving the artwork.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email notifying you that the item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the conditions on this page.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Check your bank account or credit card statement for the posted refund before asking for a status on your return.

Exchanges
Art will only be replaced if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@applesproutart.com.
